• You Must be COVID-19 BIVALENT BOOSTER VACCINATED to Attend a Performance
  The health and safety of everyone at The Shibumy Cinema is our primary concern. You must be up-to-date on your first or second COVID-19 Bivalent booster vaccination and must test COVID NEGATIVE (on a rapid test) the day prior to attending a performance. No exceptions.

• Making Reservations
  A reservation is required to attend all screenings. Reservations can be conveniently made here on our website for any feature film in the current month's schedule. A reservation will also include reserving a specific seat which you can select from the available seats shown. The Box Office closes for online reservations on the day of the show, 2 hours prior to a film's scheduled screening time. To make a reservation, select the film you'd like to see. Then, click the blue "Make A Reservation" button following the film's synopsis on that page.
  
  Usually, any change in show time, date or movie title will prompt a notification email to registered members. However, movie schedules and show times are subject to change and/or cancellation with or without prior notification.

• Do I Need a Paper Ticket?
  A paper ticket is not required for admittance to our venue as we are made aware of your intent to attend via email when you make your reservation. However, if you'd like to print a paper ticket for your performance you can do so by clicking the "Print Your Ticket" link located at the bottom of your reservation confirmation email.

• Please Be On-Time
  Our feature attractions begin promptly at the scheduled show time listed here on our website with or without you. Please be sure to arrive prior to the scheduled show time so you'll be able to settle-in without disturbing other viewers. 

• Snacks and Beverages
  When available, the Shibumy Cinema serves complimentary popcorn, candy and drinks to whoever requests them. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and spirits) are not provided, nor are they permitted to be brought into the theater room or on our premises unless we are notified in-advance. 

• Need to Cancel? Please Let Us Know
  Should you find that you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please give us ample notice. This will allow us to accommodate another viewer who may not have been able to get a reservation for a performance. If we have to cancel a show and you've got an existing reservation for it, we'll let you know via email.
